COFFEE TABLE M
The coffee table was designed as a continuous fabric with a generative pattern that reproduces the cymatic effect both aesthetic and functional. Through 3D printing technologies, the 3D print’s tool path is carefully designed to provide a durable tabletop and an elegant, fluid structure. The harmonious blend of form, function, and aesthetics is amplified by the incorporation of different recycled materials.
Design by le_Brimet
The coffee table reinvents itself from every perspective. The design is non-linear, allowing for multiple interpretations depending on the viewpoint. The front view emphasizes the cymatic pattern, while the side view manifests as a draped form connecting a flat, functional tabletop with a biomimetic pattern. The combination of these three views expresses a holistic design philosophy that goes far beyond form and function, venturing into territories of experimentalism and new formalism.
Although available in various recycled materials, the use of rPP (from fishing nets) provides a unique materiality and perfect finish details. At first sight, the unexpected dark green color surprises us, but once placed inside our homes, its charisma and personality become undeniable, showcasing how generative designs and sustainable materials can be combined. The texture and appearance result from a selective criterion for materials that best enhance and define its formal exclusivity. The entire piece is varnished with a natural-origin varnish, protecting its integrity, preserving its properties, and increasing its durability—one of the key points defining the brand’s sustainability strategy.
